Carrying forward our cause into the future, officially we set up Suzhou FKL in 2004 for the sake of expanding our world market and meeting different service requirements. There is mold frame machining service as well as steel machining service as our traditionally providing, which assure customers a perfect service on quality.

    With acreage of 25000 m2, workshop 9000 m2, Suzhou FKL locates in the beautiful town of Luzhi in Suzhou. There are about 200 employees in the factory, as well as the workshop, building of office, eatery, dormitory and so on.

    FKL is the authorized distributor of Sorel Forge in Canada and A. Finkl & Sons in America who produce all kinds of mold steel and special alloy steel, which is a guarantee for special, efficient and high- quality alloy steel service.

    About the steel in Sorel Forge: we have SF-2000(AISI P20) special alloy steel, 4130,H-13 ESR annealed and prehardened H-13 ESR. For the material in American A.FINKL &SONS: 4140, MLQ (MoldDie Lens Quality), DC(AISI H13), DC-Xtra Premium(AISI H13 Premium), Mold Die (AISI P20) are available on request. Besides, there are CSM-21 stainless mold steel and S-7 which are produced in Crucible company, high strength forged aluminium moulding board (QC-7) produced in American aluminum industry ALCOA, all kinds of alloy copper, including beryllium in alloy copper which produced in Cadi Company and so on.

    We are able to make all kinds of standard and non-standard mold frame with about 50 Japanese and Taiwan modern machine tools, among which there are 10 import numerical controlled ones. In addition, there are finishing milling machine tools, grinders, milling machines and so on.
